3 TIPS TO BEAT THE PEAK

If you can, re-think your commute by:

  • Starting work earlier or later - if you drive or catch the bus avoid arriving at 8.30am when traffic on the road is slowest

  • Use google maps to plan and compare your trip at different times

  • If you can, find a buddy on Co-Hop and share the ride, the cost and enjoy the T2 and T3 lanes.

We know that Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons are the most congested times to drive in, out and around Macquarie Park with 8.15am being the "peak of the peak" in Macquarie Park. On average travelling and arriving at this peak time of 8:15am will add 24-minutes to a 30-minute journey - that's 54 minutes in total!
