Mark your calendars! On Monday, the Macquarie Park Ryde Business Chamber is celebrating the amazing sportswomen of our area in a special ‘Business After Hours’ event.
The evening promises to be informative and engaging, with presentations from a distinguished panel of four high-profile female athletes and sports administrators, who will share their insights, personal achievements, and vision for the future of women’s sport in Australia.
The esteemed panel includes Louise Sauvage OAM, a distinguished Paralympian; Yvette Higgins OAM, an Olympic Water Polo player who scored the winning goal and gold medals for Australia in the 2000 Olympic final; Jenny Abood, Chairperson of the Sydney FC Foundation; and Deborah Harding, Head of Sport at Wheelchair Sports NSW.
Come along for an evening of celebration, networking, learning and sharing! This event is open to all, and there will be a range of lucky door prizes, canapes and refreshments available.
