Shake up your commute with a free 4 week e-bike trial

With spring in the air and Ride2Work Day next month, Connect MPID is offering 20 lucky Macquarie Park commuters a 4-week e-bike subscription, for free!

The state-of-the-art e-bikes from Lug+Carrie could replace your car or Opal card for the month, and can even carry kids and cargo.

With more people living, studying and working in Macquarie Park, the need to manage congestion is everyone's responsibility. 4.5% of local commuters already choose to cycle to work, compared to just 0.8% across all of NSW.

In the first of its kind trial, 20 Macquarie Park commuters will be offered:

  • A state-of-the-art cargo e-bike subscription from Lug+Carrie for the month of October

  • An e-bike orientation, and in-person safety training session

  • A month of behaviour change support, including maps, tips, guidance and events, including a free brekkie on national Ride2Work Day on 18 October

  • Accessories to safely carry children or cargo onboard

  • Insurance, repairs and roadside assistance
