A precinct of opportunity right here in Macquarie Park!

Construction has officially commenced on the Macquarie Square development on Waterloo Road, marking a significant milestone in the project's journey. This commercial precinct intricately linked to 7,000 square meters of urban green space, is poised to redefine the landscape of Macquarie Park.

Teams from John Holland are engaged in executing complex in-ground works to lay the groundwork for future development lots within Macquarie Square. These efforts encompass the establishment of new roads to service the precinct, alongside the implementation of infrastructure such as a stormwater drainage system, upgraded water mains, sewer and gas connections, as well as enhancements to communications and electrical systems.

A bird's-eye view offers a glimpse of the magnitude of the endeavour that lies ahead, emphasising the scale and scope of this project.

Upon completion, Macquarie Square will boast five A-Grade commercial office buildings integrated with Catherine Hamlin Park.

Stage 1 of the development has already achieved notable success, with the completion and subsequent sale of The Glasshouse to Charter Hall, featuring Transport for NSW as its anchor tenant.

The envisioned Macquarie Square promises to offer a holistic work-life ecosystem, featuring outdoor event amphitheatres, children's play areas, outdoor gyms, and more, catering to the diverse needs of its occupants.

With its strategic connectivity to the Sydney Metro, Macquarie Square is poised to emerge as a destination for businesses, offering accessibility and modern facilities.
